Sort library by purchase date

You can see some of that information in your recent order history on the web site but dont think its an option to do automatically. Also, since the new web site, not all your orders are listed, mine only goes back to july 2018 so have lost the initial 7 years worth of orders.

However you can move things manually in your physical library but not sure why you would want to.

The reason is that put the stuff I buy in folders.

By sorting on date it's easier to find the new purchases.

Hi @WhiteWings. This probably isn't as useful to you, but you can see everything in your library in descending order of date of purchase using Easy Install:

  • Open Utilities > Easy Install... from the main menu.
  • From the gear dropdown, select Show Installed Items.

The list box will then display all of your purchases with newer ones first, as indicated by the Date column.

WhiteWings, your system might be working well with your current workflow, but I imagine as your library grows, you will regret sorting the modules by date. I've been using Accordance for over 20 years and have purchased at least have of their titles — sorting by date with a large number of titles sounds like a nightmare to me.

Hi David,

I don't mean permanetly.
When using files in Windows I frequently change sorting. Date, size, name, etc.
I've quite  afew modules myself.
