GNT Papyri notes not working / linking as they should

I'm finding it very difficult to line up the GNT papyri transcripts with the notes. The hyperlinks don't work even though I have the modules installed. Even when added as a parallel pane the notes don't really line up, it displays all the notes for the whole papyrus together and I have to scroll far up and down to get the correct note.

Could you please fix this?

When you have a moment, can you either email Tech Support or give Tech Support a call tomorrow?

They can look into this matter for you. That error message is something they’ll want to look at.

I can confirm this behavior exists on Mac also.

Probably a bug we’ll need to report. Tech Support will report it for you.

OK Nathan,

But they did not respond yet.

If they don't respond within a few days, I'll let you know.

They may be a little swamped at the moment. You can also try calling in (but even then, might have to leave a voicemail).

Hi @Dr. Nathan Parker, this is still a troubling issue for me, (and I believe for others too):

When clicking any link to the notes for the GNTPAP-C module, the Accordance program does not navigate to the desired note. (See above for details.)

I can confirm this same behavior on Mac with Accordance 13.3.3 and the tabs will not tie together manually. However, when using the MSS-order module the hyperlinks work correctly and clicking a link opens a tied tab automatically.

Thats good to know and will probably help Accordance developers to solve the issue!

Did I ever investigate this one?

Not sure but I don't think so.

Will be great if you could confirm and report the issue.

Is your issue on 14.0.9? I don't have Accordance 13 on my systems, but I can try testing it on 14.

Yes, mine is on 14.09. But be sure to test with the canonical order module, and not with the manuscript order module.

Tested and confirmed on 14.0.9 on both Windows 11 and M2 MacBook Air running macOS Sonoma.

I'm having Tech Support take a look and see if it's a module issue or a programming issue we need to report. I can't tell.

Either way, we're investigating.
