Is this something that is included in the sync-to-Dropbox feature? If not, I would think this should be added by default.

I don’t think all of it is. We are in the process of replacing Dropbox sync with our own enhanced syncing solution coming in an update to Accordance 14. We haven’t rolled it out yet, but we’re making really great progress on it.
