Brett K.
I have the older Webster's Bible module as well as the newer version with Strong's tags. I noticed that the text has many changes. For example: But both say they are Webster's 1833 edition. Every edition of Webster's I've checked online uses the text of the older module. What is the source for the text in the newer version with Strong's? Thanks
Daniel L
Looking on the web, I can't find any indication that were multiple versions of Webster's Bible. The text of WEBSTR-S is more modern than that of WEBSTR. I see many examples, such as using "here" instead of "hither." Wondering if the text of WEBSTR-S had somehow been confused with the RV or Darby, I compared the texts. But no, they're all different. So where did this new "Webster's Bible" come from? Brett K.
@Helen Brown, can you tell us the text source for Webster's w/Strong's? It's different from the original Webster's module and we can't figure out which text it's using.
