Two Xs in one tab?

I occasionally observe this behavior in Accordance. I couldn't tell you what steps to reproduce it (it seems random) but I'm wondering if others have encountered similar behavior?

 

Note the "words" tab in the attached. That extra "x" is only there when I mouse over the tab.

 

EDIT: I take that back. The "x" that is there when I mouse over is the correct one (on the left side, where it's supposed to be, right?). It's that static one on the right side of the tab I'm curious about.

I tried closing and re-starting Accordance... same issue in a different workspace now, as you can see in the "NT Diglot" tab.
