wrongway Posted January 15, 2013 Share Posted January 15, 2013 I have the current version if iOS (I think) but when I try to start it all I get is the splash screen. Rick Bennett Posted January 15, 2013 Share Posted January 15, 2013 We have received intermittent reports of this happening, but have not tracked down the precise issue. We do believe it is corrected in the current rev for new installs, but there have been a couple reports that have come in even with the new version. First, can you send us the crash reports? See here for a description of how to do this. Before re-installing try this: Make sure you have the latest version. Search for Accordance in the App Store. If the button next to the app says 'OPEN' then you have the latest version. If it says 'INSTALL' or 'UPDATE' you probably don't have the newest version. Next, Kill Accordance: Home Screen > double-tap home button > press and hold Accordance icon > close app. Then, iOS Settings > Accordance > Application Startup > Removed Saved Session 'ON' and Reset Highlights 'ON'.
