peguard
When I run the updater there are two modules, PESHNT-T and DSS-C Images to download. After the downloading and the installation, the program runs updating again automatically, and the same modules appear for downloading. I have tried to uninstall the modules and reinstall them, I've downloaded them several times and, at the end, checking in Library/Application support/Accordance/Modules/Texts and Tools, the modules have not been updated but are the old versions. I know in the Forum there is already the topic PESHNT-T won't update but unfortunately is still not working. I look forward for your assistance, Thanks, Pedro Guardiola
Helen Brown
There are so many issues in this rather complex process. The files on the website are definitely up to date. You need to check whether the download is being unzipped, and whether the new module is being moved to the correct location: Library/Application Support/Accordance/Modules/Tools. The downloads are in your user/Library/Caches/Temporary items. Our tech support will be glad to help you figure this out in a screenshare session, just email or call them. peguard
Thanks Helen for you quick answer. The fact is that I cannot find the Temporary items folder in the address you wrote above. How can I contact the Technical Support? Thanks again, Pedro Guardiola
