johnlee
I search GNT-T in 1 John with "καί <WITHIN 3 Words> εἰμί <WITHIN 3 Words> οὗτος", results were found in 1 John 1:5; 2:4, 25; 3:1, 23; 4:3; 5:4, 11, 14. However, in 1 John 5:11, only "Καὶ αὕτη" was highlighted, not the "ἐστὶν" following, which should be highlighted too. Thank you.
jpkang
I can confirm this is a highlighting bug, and I do believe the search is being evaluated correctly.
Joel Brown
This is a bug that has generally been fixed for 9.3.3, but we always encourage users to not enter 3 or more words with a WITHIN in the entry box, as it is a bit ambiguous. Should a hit count if the first word is 3 away from the middle word, but 4 away from the last word, for example? Using the construct window can create a much clearer search and consistent search results.
