It will be included in Accordance 9.3 with contextual help for the active tab or dialog. For now it can be accessed online. Please click these links to enjoy the new layout and updated help, completely rewritten by a professional technical writer (thank you, Deborah Hemstreet). We are still putting the finishing touches to it, and correcting errors. We welcome your feedback and corrections if you find errors in the information, or anything is hard to find, or not clear when you read it.
