David Garrison
I just updated to 9.1.1 using the internal updater, and after reopening Accordance I received write permission errors for: Greek roots, Greek words, Hebrew roots and Hebrew words. I think there was one other (maybe Biblio Info). I went in and checked, and the write permissions are correct. But I continue to receive these errors when I attempt to do searches. If I recall, this was an issue when first upgrading to version 9. Is this going to be a problem with every update? Am I doing something wrong when I update that's causing this? it's quite disruptive to one's workflow... Thanks.
Joel Brown
Have you tried taking your entire Accordance folder, setting read/write permission for everybody, and then apply to all enclosed? Perhaps the Gloss folder inside is the one without the write permissions.
Pastor Kevin
Have you tried taking your entire Accordance folder, setting read/write permission for everybody, and then apply to all enclosed? Perhaps the Gloss folder inside is the one without the write permissions. OK, I have tried everything I can think of, so let me tell you where I am. I have accordance 9.2 and have now attempted to install the 21 updates using the "Check for Updates". When I tried this I continue to get the following error (see attached). I have tried setting permission in the /library/application support/accordance to everyone can read & write. I did the same for /library/application/accordance and user/documents/accordance folders. I also applied to enclosed items. Then I ran repair permissions and restarted. All to no avail. I still can't download these updates! Please, does anyone know what I am missing?!? Any help would be great!
