mashalomcha
My work flow has slowed down since upgrading to Accordance 9 (because of my lack of understanding). I want Accordance to open tools (such as references, lexicons, etc.) in separate tabs in a workspace (as it would in Accordance 8 when holding down the control key). However, the default setting for Accordance 9 is to open a tools pane next to the text pane. This is extremely inconvenient for me! It compresses the parallel texts. I know Accordance is designed for flexibility. But I can't find a setting in Preferences or a menu that will let me do this. What am I missing? Thanks! Joel Brown
These resources are opening as zones, not panes, in Accordance 9. If you don't want to use zones, go to Preferences -> General -> Maximum number of zones, and set it to one. Now, it should behave just like Accordance 8.
