Displaying "Version 9.0"

This is just a small thing, but when will we be able to select "Version 9.0" in our profiles on the forum? I've been noticing a lot of comments concerning "I am still using version 8.0 but..." or "I just upgraded to version 9.0" as prefaces to posts.

Is this something that we can do in our profile, or is it something that the moderators must do? I looked under my profile but did not see how to update it to 9. By the way, the support on the forums is simply remarkable!

Under My Settings, go to Profile, and there is a popup menu there that you can set, called 'Accordance Version'.

I just tried to change my version but the profile won't let me.

How did it not let you? Was it dimmed out, could you not Save Changes at the bottom? Did you Save Changes, but it didn't update?

OK-I found the "edit" button and made the change.
