ChristianB
So this is how long it takes until I can use Accordance after reboot (.mov). Unfortunately Quicktime didn't capture the beachball in the screencast. Again it was just one dock bounce and no beachball in 9.0.0.
jtidmore
So this is how long it takes until I can use Accordance after reboot (.mov). Unfortunately Quicktime didn't capture the beachball in the screencast. Again it was just one dock bounce and no beachball in 9.0.0. I am still experiencing the beachballing too. However, my experience is a little bit different. Here is a link to a screencast: http://screencast.com/t/MGRmZDRk Unfortunately my video does not display the beachballs either, but they do appear twice. The first one appears on about the fifth bounce in the dock and lasts for about two seconds and goes away. Then another one appears after the icon stops bouncing and lasts until the workspace displays on the screen. Accordance 8 opened much faster with no beachballs. And, this only happens on the first launch after a reboot then Accordance opens after three bounces.

jtidmore
No change regarding this in 9.0.5 ;( Same for me. No difference from 9.0.4 . Still very sluggish on first launch. I was hoping 9.0.5 would resolve this.
