Dieudonne
To the Accordance Software developers I have personally enjoyed using the IVP Essential Collection that you now have and I am suggesting that you also develop a Collection of the IVP Old Testament stuff such as "Dictionary of the Old Testament Pentateuch: A Compendium of Contemporary Biblical Scholarship, Edited by T. Desmond Alexander & David W. Baker," "Dictionary of the Old Testament: Wisdom, Poetry & Writings, Edited by Tremper Longman III & Peter Enns," "Dictionary of Old Testament: Historical Books, Edited by Bill T. Arnold & Hugh G.M. Williamson." This will be a good companion to the IVP Essential. D
Timothy Jenney
Hi, Dieud! I spoke with the general editor at IVP for the OT volumes. They will not be done for at least a couple of years—and IVP doesn't plan a CD release until the set is complete. Once it is, I'll bet dollars to donuts we'll have it for Accordance. Timothy Jenney
Apparently, that other inferior Bible software program didn't get they same response from IVP. They are releasing the Pentateuch and Historical Writings dictionaries this week. Perhaps, we need to nicely ask them again. Actually, I believe that conversation is already taking place.
