ryangeer Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 Since I posted about a negative customer service experience I had when transferring a license for a competing Bible software package, it seemed only fair to post the satisfactory resolution. After trading a couple phone calls (after the initial 30-45min debacle) I got a call back from an extremely courteous and efficient (say, Helenic?) member of the staff who processed the transfer with no fuss. It is very nice to finally be 100% native on my Mac with the best Bible software tool around.
