BDAG acronym DELG = Defense Export Loan Guarantee?

In BDAG one comes across what looks like an acronymn DELG. What does it mean? Thanks

BDAG comes with a list of Abbreviations, which begins on page xxxi. Or more easily found by expanding the Table of Contents.

 

There are categorised, but there is also a combined list beginning on page lix, which is probably more helpful if you don't know what the acronym refers to.

 

Consulting this list gives an abbreviated answer and a link to the full acronym in the periodicals and collections section (page liii):
