I'd email Tech Support on this one. It might be that something needs to be deleted and reinstalled.

This happened to me this morning on my MacBook Air. It seems some critical files were accidentally deleted when I was doing some work on my Mac. I was able to migrate my Accordance content from my iMac Pro over to my MacBook Air using these instructions, and it's working flawlessly again:
