Jason Hyer
Commentaries are not showing in the info pane of Accordance 14 on my Windows 11 machine (See the attached screenshot); however they do appear on my MacOS machine. I need them on my Windows version. Does anyone know of a workaround or fix? Thank you.
Dr. Nathan Parker
Try these steps: 1. Make sure you're on 14.0.9 by using "Utilities>Check for App Updates". 2. Go to "Utilities>Preferences>Appearance" and click "Organize All Tools By Category". Warning: this will erase any customizations you've arranged tools. 3. Try Accordance Safe Mode here: If that doesn't work, I'd recommend emailing support. I've moving this to Tech Support since this is a technical troubleshooting issue and not a known, reproducible bug at the moment.
Jason Hyer
Thank you, I tried all of the above to no avail. Interestingly, a previous version of Accordance had this same bug, it looks like it may have cropped up yet again.
Dr. Nathan Parker
I'd email Tech Support on this one. We've had a couple of reports of this, but I believe Support has been able to resolve them. If there turns out to be a bug here though, I'll definitely file it.
