I use the translation by Jacob Neusner (copyright 2002). < ISBN 1-56563-642-2 > I have not seen this available in any other Bible program, but the publisher (Henrickson) has to have an electronic version available because the book is not that old.

Yes, there is an electronic version available. That resource has been available since sometime in 2017 for the "L" software. 1
