Strange behavior after last update 14.09

After an update to Accordance I can no longer access my NA28.
I was told that I need to reinstall the module, but easy install/check for updates doesn't work either. (look at the time stamps! 30 minutes waiting..., nothing)
Does anyone know what's going on and what to do about it?

I'm working on MacBookPro M2 Sonoma 14.1.2 and Accordance 14.09.

It's possible something was off on the server side.  I would suggest trying again. 

 

If you get the same result, try starting in Safe mode (hold down the option key and then click or double click on the Accordance icon.  keep holding the option key until the safe mode dialog appears)

Check the following boxes in the dialog:

-User Content>Remove Startup Session

-Clean Up>Clear Library Cache

-Clean Up>Clear cached downloads

 

Then click "Launch Accordance"

 

See if it works then.

🥵 It works!!!

But when I open an 'auto saved workspace' it is acting crazy again.

From this moment on, I sneak around quietly in Accordance.

I wonder if it is a corrupted workspace. I opened NA28 after the upgrade without problems.

I just updated to 14.09 and am having similar results except that nothing happens. Trying to hold down the option key and click on the icon doesn't work either. Any suggestions?

 

Update: I just got off the phone with @Steve Carruth (thank you again Steve!) who directed me to reinstall 14.08 for the moment, until I can talk with someone at tech support. I'm wondering if there isn't a problem with compatibility with my iOS (Big Sur).

Info Pane not working !!

No arrows in the menus !!

Not opening saved spaces !!

Today is fine, nothing of yesterday working wrong.

No no no.

It works fine for 1 hour. Then starts not working internal links, for example the SIL exeg. doesnt open none of the links to other modules.

I can not quit ACC. I must force quit.

I reestart and then SIL works perfect...


It is terrible to teach with this

@danielcutri Try Accordance Safe Mode and Privacy Settings here. If that doesn't help, I'd recommend emailing into Tech Support on this one:

Same problems as 12 febr here again.
