josephbradford
I searched beforehand and haven't seen this topic before. Sorry if I overlooked it. I'd like to copy and paste portions of an interlinear with just the tag and/or part of speech. I found the copy as interlinear function quickly enough. But, it copies and pastes as cells (a table). This makes editing rather difficult and time-consuming. Is there a way to copy these lines individually? That would make pasting easier and a bit faster. Or is there another way to copy and paste without tables? As it stands, right now I'm taking this into Adobe InDesign where I can shift these cells around. Not optimal but easier to do than in word. Thanks.
Douglas Fyfe
It defaults to cells so it keeps the words in line. Have you tried pasting as text only (on PC you hit ctrl and it offers you that as an option)? It inserts a tab between each word which may be preferrable than cells? ctrl-shift-v works in other apps, stripping formatting, like this: Luke 6:23 Rejoice in that G5897 G1877 G1697 χαίρω ἐν ἐκεῖνος Verb Prep.
