User Tools _ Convert to Permanent Tool option appears to be broken

It appears that the Convert to Permanent Tool option is currently broken.  After choosing this option on a User Tool, I get the message that the Tool is currently not available to Accordance.  However it appears in my Library but cannot be opened.

 

I started from square one and created a simple text file in the Create User Tool with just several line of plain text with the same result.  Can you confirm the issue on your end and ask the programmers to take a look?  Screenshots below.  

 

Note, I am running Accordance 14.08 on INTEL MacBook Pro.

Tested and confirmed the bug is in 14.0.8 and 14.0.9b5. I've attached my broken tool. I can see exactly what you're seeing.

 

I think that little circle in the title is part of the problem.

 

This is on my Intel iMac Pro running Sonoma 14.2.1

 

I'll get this reported.
