Syncing CardDAV with Outlook

I'm trying to sync a NextCloud CardDAV account with Microsoft Outlook for Windows. 

 

I installed an app called OutlookCalDAVSynchronizer. I was able to successfully add the NextCloud account to the app, but the contacts are appearing under a folder in the "Mail" tab, not in the "Contacts" tab.

 

Do I need to find an app called OutlookCardDAVSynchronizer instead?

 

I'm trying this over iCloud since iCloud for Windows isn't playing well with my Windows PC, and I really need my contacts working across platforms. So far NextCloud is working great across my Macs and iOS devices.
