Highlighting differences in Greek texts - Is there a default way to view them?

Does Accordance have a default way to view textual manuscript differences?

Okay, I actually mean "Compare Texts".  I was able to activate it, but am wondering if there is a way to highlight the whole word instead of just a thin line like shown below which is hard to see.  Is that something that can be customized?  Thanks.

You can change the colors in Settings(Preferences)>Compare Text. Does that do what you want?
