Hi @RevM,

I'm on a Mac, but since no one has mentioned anything yet, have you checked to see what other programs were running? Likewise, if you restart the computer, did that fix it?

Have you tried some of the stuff here?

I've posted about this same strange "out of memory" crash report and my Windows 11  laptop also has 32 GB of RAM. Tech support has confirmed this same random freeze/crash behavior on Windows machines (but not on Macs) with one of my Workspaces. It started about a year ago with the roll out of Version 14 of Accordance. Hope they fix it soon. It is very annoying. It seems like they may finally be taking this seriously.

I can log this with the rest of the "random crashes as well", but I'm curious if this one is different.

@RevM Did you try any of my instructions above? Since Accordance is crashing at startup, there is something definitely up.

@robrecht On the other "random crashes", I need to go back and see if they're all "out of memory" logs or something else. There's a question I want to ask our programmers about on an observation I'm making...

I've tried all the suggestions with verying results. Sometimes Accordance crashes without even starting up, other times it works well for a long time.

I suspect problem is with auto updates or synchronisation. But I could be wrong.

I've attached a few Windows error reports in case they are of any use.

I still think it's a great program 🙂

You could email tech support and see why it's crashing at startup. That I'm not sure why it's happening.

For the "random crashes", our programming team is looking into it, and we may have some progress to announce coming up.

Note that "Out of Memory" is a common catch-all error for something-went-wrong. I wouldn't interpret this literally these days.
