Accordance and macOS Sonoma

Some users have been experiencing issues with Accordance on macOS Sonoma

Apple released a new major upgrade to macOS, macOS Sonoma.

While some Accordance users have been successfully running Accordance 14 on macOS Sonoma without issues, unfortunately other Accordance users have been experiencing issues running Accordance 13 and 14 on macOS Sonoma (so far these issues have been limited to customers with Intel chipped Macs).

We recommend that customers on macOS Sonoma download either Accordance 14.0.8 (Accordance 14 users) or Accordance 13.3.5 (Accordance 13 users) or later. You can download a fresh copy of Accordance using the links above. You will not lose any modules or settings during the install. Accordance 14.0.7 or 13.3.4 (and earlier) is not guaranteed to run without issues on macOS Sonoma.

Due to the increase in support requests concerning the launch of macOS Sonoma, tech support has a much larger volume of support requests at the moment. Rest assured your questions will be answered as soon as possible, but please exercise patience with our tech support team at the moment. They are working as quickly as possible to address customer issues.

We apologize for not informing users to refrain from upgrading to Sonoma before its release and will ensure this won't happen again.

Thank you again for your support, patience, and understanding.

For those of you who have requested further information here...

We recommend macOS Sonoma users upgrade to Accordance 14. This paid upgrade is on sale right now for $32 for those who own a previous full version of Accordance (if you log into your Accordance account, you may see an even further discounted upgrade price).

If you do not own a previous full version you can try the Free Trial of Accordance 14 which is free for 90 days and then you only need to pay $49 to own it after that.

However, If you do not want to upgrade, you can download this new version for Accordance 13 which is Sonoma-compatible:
