I'm curious about how σε ("you", singular) interacts with ἐκείνους ("that", plural).

Why isn't it "... ὑμάς ἐκείνους ..." for numerical agreement?

In modern Greek σε can be used as preposition.

This is actually an interesting evolution of the Ancient Greek work εἰς. Compare the use of σε in this video – e.g., Πάω στην Ἐλλάδα – with this Ἔρχομαι εἰς τὴν Ἐλλάδα and you can see immediately where it comes from. Thanks for the quote and the video, @Brian K. Mitchell!
