I haven't updated any resources in that time (at least that I recall). Don't know if it's Windows updates or Accordance that is causing it. Once version 14 introduced a number of problems I decided I am going to wait until the cloud version finally comes to deal with most of this stuff. Accordance is working well enough for simple daily Bible reading and following along with a sermon. My serious use of Accordance awaits the fruit of the promises of version 14.
