Pressing command T (settings for User Tool) on any User Tool will return errors

Hi there,

When pressing command T (Settings) on any User Tool in Accordance 14.x, an error message displays saying the tool is not available and the preview window is empty. This issue does not occur in Accordance 13.x.

 

 

 

 

 

My system:

macOS 13.5.2 (22G91)

Accordance 14.07

on Mac Studio M2

Sure, it works on Accordance 13.x, but the user tool does not function on 14.x. Honestly, the original Sample user tool does not work either. Which email address should I send it to?

The tool i tested on is the native Accordance sample user tool, A Bird’s Eye View of the Bible Workbook, and clicking Command T returns the below error

I tried it on Bird's Eye Workbook, and it is doing it for me as well. I'll show this one to my teams.

just so you know it worked fine on 13.x. once i upgraded it to 14.x it stopped working
