How to search Words that begin with Caps (i.e. Father)?

Hi I know this has been mentioned here in the forum but I can not find the post. 

 

 

I would like to search how many times the word "Father" is used. I only want to see the results for a upper case F, not lower case F.

 

But when I search "Father" I get results for "father(lower case)"

 

Do you know how to do this?

Just put an = before the word.
