The page for this sale on the website (https://www.accordancebible.com/labor-day-2023/) says: Quote These savings last for only one week (Ends 11:59 PM Eastern, September 18, 2023), so shop now! I'm assuming that, since I'm seeing September 18 as the sale end date in multiple places, and that 25% sales normally only last a single week, the "one week" above is simply part of the template that hadn't been updated for this particular instance.
