Dynamic Word Study problem

While watching Dr. Brown's webinar on Dynamic Word Study and trying out what he was demonstrating I ran across a problem wherein the change of the Text being studied from ESV to NASB did not change for the Text Compare. I could still change it  manually so it is not an unworkable problem. Accordance was already aware of the problem. It would have been helpful to have had a list of problems that are outstanding and make the list front and center on the Tech Support page and the Forums too I guess so customers don't spend a lot of time trying to report it and also use up customer service and tech support resources  repeatedly as each customer discovers it. A short concise descriptive outstanding problems summary would be useful IMO. No estimated time for resolution was given that I am aware of.

I have a couple of forum threads up on here of some of the known issues with Accordance desktop:

Long-term, I'd like to setup a more centralized "bug reporting" and tech support website that would provide a "one stop shop" for Accordance users to read support articles, watch support videos, submit and view the status of bug reports, and contact support. I'm a customer of this company, and I like their support portal: https://support.allisonhouse.com/hc/en-us, to give you an example.

 

A solution like that takes planning, effort, and coordination across multiple teams (since it involves changing both front-end and back-end systems, and when you have programmers and teams knee-deep in projects, attempting to change the backend tools they're using for their everyday work isn't something that can be pushed upon them too quickly and has to be done in phases). I don't have anything official to announce on this front at the moment, except to say I'm brainstorming various ways to enhance the long-term support options for both Accordance users and Accordance's teams.
