I had a crash today that generated the following report. I do not remember exactly what I was doing besides using Live Click. I made the click and walked away from the computer for maybe five minutes to do something else, and when I came back I had a notice saying that Accordance needs to shut down.  When I clicked ok, it shut down and gave this report:

Run the update to Accordance 14.0.7 and see if that resolves the issue.

Will do that in a few days. I am on limited bandwidth and this month have used it all up plus some extra so am trying to wait until the 21st for unnecessary data use.

I had the same thing happen, and just now updated. But here is the crash report. I will let you know if this continues with the latest version.

OK were you doing Live Click or something else?

I think it was the usual, trying to click in the module just to set the cursor so I could advance one verse. I try to click in a blank space so as to not activate live click. Sometimes if I click close to a word it activates Live Click and it is not really a problem, just an unnecessary action that I ignore. But occasionally it seems to mess the system up like this. I sometimes deactivate Live Click, but then I am finding that I like the live click for seeing the analytics, so I sometimes have it activated and use it. I would say it messes up like this maybe one out of 20 times that I click within the module. Most times it either activates the live click or else I hit the right spot and it only sets the cursor without activating the Live Click so I can advance one verse. I am reading through the OT in Hebrew verse by verse. I also have open a Workspace with my lexicons, so when I want just lexicons I rightclick on a word and choose that workspace. That takes me out of the main workspace, so I have to click back into the module to advance verses.

I updated and will report if it happens in the newest version.

Do you have a screenshot of your Live Click Settings? There was a bug in an earlier version of 14 that was causing a crash with Live Click. 14.0.7 should address it.

Here is the screenshot, showing the workspace wherein it crashes.

I spend 30-60 minutes daily reading like this, so I should soon see if the latest update fixes the issue.

Great. Thanks! There has been a bug with delayed Live Click causing crashes, but we addressed it in an update.
