tutorials or preferences causing crash

Brian Phillips

Recommended Posts

I'm going through some of the tutorials, and more than once (with different tutorials) Accordance has crashed while setting a preference / settings option during the tutorial. If there's a better way to report this, please let me know.

This crash is repeatable, using the Tutorial, "Using Live Click to Study a Verse". The crash happens when clicking "Interaction: Delayed" in the Preferences > Live Click setting > Options. This is repeatable when going through the tutorial, but not when just setting the option in settings while not going through a tutorial. After the crash, the "delayed" setting is not set.

Thanks for this! I hid your other post (in the future, if something gets posted in the wrong forum, feel free to let me know and I can move it for you).

I'll test this today on my Macs and see what I can come up with.

I can't duplicate this on my M2 MacBook Air. I have an Intel iMac Pro with similar specs. Let me try it on there.

I can't reproduce this on my iMac Pro either. If any other users can, that might help us pinpoint what's going on. If you continue to have issues with this, you can try these instructions or emailing Tech Support:

Thanks. I tried again and was able to repeat. Then I created a fresh workspace and restarted, and it worked fine.

Good to know. Thanks! It must have been the workspace.
