How do I properly backup a user tool?

Good evening,

I've spent countless hours creating a user tool that I'm super proud of :) and would like to know how to properly back it up. I know I can sync with Dropbox and have a copy there, however, I've accidentally deleted my Dropbox Accordance folder before and I'd feel safer if I had it backed up somewhere else as well.

Is it just as simple as going to (using a mac) Documents > Accordance Files > User Tools, locate my user tool, and create a copy of it? Or do I have to go through a different process? I want to ensure that I'll be able to open the generated copy in Accordance if the need ever arises later on. Thanks in advance!

That should work (and you can even ZIP it up or store it in a location outside of Accordance. You can always re-bring it back into Accordance if need be.

If you want to be extra cautious, you can even keep another copy on a flash drive or external drive.
