The modules are not in the iCloud backup, which does save space. At one point in the past, I suggested that the backup process track the module names without backing up the modules itself. The former would consume negligible space. If it could automatically help migration wonderful. But if it did no more that give a use a list, it would help for those of us with myriad modules, all of which need not be on our iPads or iPhones. Consider this a feature request please!
