Recently I've learnt about Accordance Bible software from their official web site. There has a promotion of another bible software in our seminary, I am struggling to choose between AB8 and BW8. My most concern is where to buy AB8 in Hong Kong and what's the main different between the above said softwares.
Helen Brown Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 We do not have a reseller in HongKong but you can order accordance on the website, get started with downloads, and receive the disks in about a week. Don't forget to request the student discount. If you are on Mac there really is no question as to which to buy. You can only run BibleWorks in emulation as it is not native to Mac. Accordance does all the grammatical searching and has all the scholarly texts that BibleWorks has, though we offer many different "packages" so please choose carefully. We also offer many other resources such as commentaries and other add-ons. Our interface is entirely Mac and designed for ease of use. I will leave it to our users to comment on which is better, but there was an interesting comment by John Canales, currently #48 on the TUAW review from Wednesday.
