Creating a User Tool: Greek Lexicon

Working on a project where I am writing in English articles intended to be translated into Khmer. The translator and myself both have a decent understanding of Greek and Hebrew. As we discuss the transfer of meaning between the four languages I would like to record that in a database that is keyed to specific words, phrase, expressions, or grammar. Initially creating a User Tool: Greek Lexicon seam like an easy way of recalling this information. 

 

Trying to create one in Acc. 14 has me lost as to how to add entries. Has anyone tried to accomplish this type of idea before?
