Is it okay to ask a question about a text - diagram?

Gal. 1:19 But I saw none of the other apostles except James hthe Lord’s brother.

Does this mean that this James is also an Apostle?

Or does the Brother isn't connected to Apostle?

Gal. 1:19 But I saw none of the other apostles except James hthe Lord’s brother.

WBC commentary and the NAC talk about this. It seems it is somewhat ambiguous. WBC comes to the conclusion that he is called an apostle.

NIGTC and NICNT also come to the conclusion that James is called an apostle.

@Dan12, Matthew 10:2-3 would seem to indicate that this is the case.

Matt. 10:2 Now the names of the twelve apostles are these: The first, Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother; and James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother; 3 Philip and Bartholomew; Thomas and Matthew the tax collector; James the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus; 4 Simon the Zealot, and Judas Iscariot, the one who betrayed Him.
