Why are my search fields empty every time I open accordance?

I save my workspaces.

Everytime I open accordance, all of my search fields in every tab are empty and I have to re-enter the text I am focused on.  This is true for every tab save one.  

 

The search history is there, but the field is empty.  I have tried every way of saving that I can find.
