dropbox sync progress bar

This has been ongoing since the release of v14. I'm finding that dropbox sync works fine (I know others are having some difficulties). But, for me, this is the only real issue w dropbox at this point and, though it's not affecting function (it seems) it does not inspire confidence in the sync process.

Of course, perhaps thee is not supposed to be a progress bar in v14 as there has been in the past. If this is the case, I'd be glad to know and simply ignore the (non)issue.
