Maybe I am totally off, but if my theory is correct, only IVP would know the answer to this. I would be interested to know if I am wrong though. If for some reason you absolutely do not want the NT volumes, you can opt not to install them when you open Easy Install. I already have NT but just bought the OT. Side note I’m in a weekly study at church and studying Daniel now. The leader made a comment he likes the Daniel commentary author and had some of his comments in the handout.
