csonni Posted December 4, 2022 Posted December 4, 2022 Trying to get all my modules from my Mac to my new iPhone without success. Sync with Mobile Device only crashes and Easy Install shows not modules other than updates. Is there known issues with syncing? 1
John Fidel Posted December 4, 2022 Posted December 4, 2022 Yes this has been reported and based upon what we have been told, it is the iOS app that needs to be updated for syncing to work with Acc 14. If this is an important feature, then you may want to consider installing ACC 13. There is a post that has a video of the process. 1

I have had issues synching between Accordance 13 (Mac) and my iPhone with Accordance 3.3.1 for iOS. I am waiting for a stable 14.x and updated iOS app. 1

KevinPurcell Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 Accordance desperately needs a better syncing strategy in general. It is still one of the major reasons I use Accordance part time along with poor mobile apps. I can't easily sync my notes, preferred Bible and other book choices, settings, user created documents, like I can with the other guys. HUGE glaring weakness. 2

I’ve been told it’s getting closer (although no specific date yet). Improved syncing between desktop and mobile is the biggest feature I myself need as well. 2

Smith Posted January 18, 2023 Posted January 18, 2023 I don't know if this is helpful for you, and these things are, frankly, outside of my knowledge, but I have had A LOT of trouble with Sync with Mobile since my move overseas. Basically, simply would not work. Crashed every single time, but at different points in the process. Just terrible. Not long ago I replaced my router with one from the states (my previous router, bought new here about 2 years ago, was already around 8 years old from the store; it's the way things work here). This new router, a 2021 model, instantly resolved my sync with mobile problems--and a whole host of other problems I was experiencing. 1
Dr. Nathan Parker Posted January 18, 2023 Posted January 18, 2023 I just replaced my router from a Cisco RV345 to a Ubiquiti Dream Machine Pro with a Ubiquiti Long-Range WAP. I may give syncing a try again and see if it’s more reliable. My Cisco router was a little flakey. My Internet performance has already improved with the Ubiquiti router.
