Dropbox Syncing on 14.0.1

I'm running 14.0.1 on a brand new M1 14" MBP running Ventura 13.0.1. I've used Dropbox forever to sync Accordance content around my devices. Today I ran the sync and got this helpful dialogue box telling me the application cannot be opened. Here is a screen shot of the aftermath:
