Define Route Layers not showing correct route details

In Define Route Layers, when attempting to select an existing route for a user route, the incorrect routes are showing under Set route details.

I am trying to select "Saul's Conversion," but it is pulling the details for "Campaigns of Kings of the North" instead.

 

This appears to occur only when Show routes in: is not set to All.

Note that it is set to NT Writings (Acts-Rev.) in the screenshot below.

I think the item selector determines item by the enumeration in All, rather than each list having its own numeration.

 

The equivalent issue occurs with the Define Region Layers modal as well.
