Thank you for being disk based (rather than cloud)

I now live in a region of the world where my internet connection is constantly sketchy. My colleagues often struggle with their software because so much content is cloud based. Accordance, please do not change. Thank you for letting me keep my stuff on my machine without 4,000 obnoxious check boxes or whatever else just to keep what's mine, mine, on my machine! 

 

As a counter example, I've got some videos from another bible software provider. Though I've gone through the process many times to ensure all my content is downloaded and installed locally, the videos still are not. It turns out, they can't be. They must be streamed from the cloud. Which means, in effect, they are utterly useless to me. I'll probably never see them until I relocate. Ugh.

If it’s “Big L”, I know a trick that should download them (PM me and let me know), but it still may not work for you.

 

Agreed, I love how Accordance can work offline without any major hoops.
