jlm Posted September 9, 2022 Share Posted September 9, 2022 This could be a good addition to The resources available for Accordance because it’s billed as the best-selling Catholic Bible. Part of this is because of the good graphic design, much of which wouldn’t be part of an Accordance study Bible. But its main attraction is the timeline system, which shows how the books of the Bible fit together chronologically, brings out connections, and generally helps Catholics read the Bible without feeling lost. Like other study Bibles in Accordance, it could be used with any translation, but the ideal would be to have the Revised Standard Version, Second Catholic Edition (RSV2CE), which is not currently available for Accordance. The Great Adventure Catholic Bible also has the words of Christ in red, which is not a feature of the base RSV2CE text.
