Parsing inclusion

When I do a word search using the command [COUNT 1-50] for the BHS Hebrew (ETCBC) text, Genesis 1:4 ט֑וֹב (tov) appears as a hit word, even though it occurs over 400+ times. When I do the same command with the HMT-W4, the word is (correctly) excluded. 

 

I'm not sure if this a bug or an error in the MT-ETCBC parser. I am on version 13.4.1
