Edit Margins

I'd love to have the simple control over the margins (both sides and top bottom) when reading on iOS. Currently as it is, the top and bottom lines get cut off when I have the tool bars open as I'm reading. The static title at the top of the page also has a very small space between the top of the text, so the ability to widen the margins would make reading an easier and more efficient task (most e-readers have this function).
