Cannot add "ADD-ON: ESV Study Bible to ESV" to cart

I am trying to add the above named add-on to my cart, but in place of an "Add to Cart" button, there is only the following requirement, in red:

To purchase this product, you must already own:

• English Standard Version with Strong’s
• ESV with Strong's (Free)
• English Standard Version

I have purchased and installed the "Greek Language Speciality" starter pack, which includes "ESV with Strong's." It does not include "(Free)," but the mobile app shows this, so I am not sure if I am running into a store computer being literal, or what. Is the add-on not purchasable separate with the collection I have? It lists a reduced price on the main page, so it must be for some users.

@TXCiclista, I've had this problem before with other upgrade titles. I found the easiest way to solve it is to email the sales team. They will create an order for you with the appropriate title(s) you want to purchase with all discounts applied, and then you can checkout whenever it's convenient.
